By creating an account or using LeadsPocket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

- Use the service to store or process information in violation of applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the application.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Plans
LeadsPocket may offer free and paid plans, including subscription plans such as STARTER and PRO.
Before purchasing a subscription, the applicable price, billing period, introductory offer, promotional pricing, and renewal terms will be presented to you through the applicable app store.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the applicable app store’s subscription management process.
For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account’s subscription settings.
Deleting your LeadsPocket account does not necessarily cancel an active app-store subscription. You should cancel the subscription through the store where you purchased it before deleting your account.
Google Play requires subscription apps to clearly communicate pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and how users can manage or cancel subscriptions.

Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are generally subject to the applicable store’s policies and procedures.

7. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your LeadsPocket account and associated personal data through our Delete Account page.
When an account deletion request is received, we will process the request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
If you have an active subscription, you may need to cancel it separately through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Google Play requires apps that allow account creation to provide both an in-app deletion path and an external web resource for requesting account and associated data deletion. Apple similarly requires apps with account creation to allow users to initiate account deletion within the app.
8. Intellectual Property
LeadsPocket, including its software, design, branding, logos, content, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to the service provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the LeadsPocket application or its materials without authorization.
9. Third-Party Services
LeadsPocket may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality, authentication, payments, analytics, hosting, or other services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
